We inaugurated the Solaris retreat with a 5-day program at the foot of Mount Etna, weaving neuroscience, epigenetics, zen philosophy, ashtanga yoga, and meditation in touch into one immersive field of experience. Guided by world-class experts, participants engaged in a hyper-personalized journey where science and mindfulness converged. They left with renewed resilience, sharpened focus, and a deeper alignment of body, mind, and purpose — transformations that continued to unfold long after Sicily. Many described it as a turning point, a moment when new practices and perspectives became integrated into the fabric of their daily lives.

Over three days, a small circle of leaders came together for a private Solaris gathering in Mallorca. Through shared meals, curated dialogue, and practices drawn from mindfulness and neuroscience, the retreat unfolded as an intimate laboratory for reflection and exchange. Participants described it as a rare and transformative pause.

In a 4-day Solaris program on the magical Island of Ibiza, participants immersed themselves in mindfulness, neuroscience and peak performance, and nutrition and longevity. Guided by international experts, the retreat became a space to reset habits, strengthen resilience, and refine focus in the midst of a rapidly changing world. Many left with new practices that anchored clarity and balance, carrying a renewed sense of purpose into their leadership and lives.

We launched our Conversations format with an inquiry into the promises and perils of AI, inspired by the recent MIT study on ChatGPT. In a small, curated circle, we asked how to use AI wisely, whether efficiency should be the ultimate goal, and what it means to rely on algorithms as coaches or companions. It became the beginning of an unfolding series — bringing together perspectives, challenging assumptions, and opening new directions for dialogue.

In the spirit of the winter solstice, we gathered to explore the role of ritual in modern life – how ancient and new practices can ground us during the busy holiday season, offer meaning, and reconnect us with larger cycles. The dialogue opened fresh perspectives on presence and renewal.
